ATTUNEMENTS- to star family, Lemurians, Galactic aspects of Self, transmissions from guides etc

ACTIVATION- light codes, for mission, the next sequence of your path, anchoring in new frequencies, upgrades to your physical vehicle/energy bodies/extra sensory perception

Sessions usually take place via zoom, setting aside 1hr 30. This allows time for a chat, and to set intentions before we begin. The actual energy work usually lasts around 40 mins or so. You are welcome to sit up or lay down. During the session, I will make various voice sounds, and describe what is presenting, for example if there is focus on a particular area of the body, or if a specific energy comes through. So you will have the opportunity to be conscious of the energies, or key processes taking place; and notice any correlating sensations. Afterwards there will be time for integration and reflection; I will offer a summary and you can share your experiences if you wish. The session will be recorded, so you can revisit any voice sounds, codes or messages that come through. It's fine if you drift off or fall asleep!

If you prefer, you can receive without the use of technology; we arrange a time to tune in, then have an integration call afterwards.

I offer myself as a vehicle for your Higher Self to make any adjustments in your energy field/body for your highest good; through my hands, voice and occasionally eyes. We remove that which no longer serves, and bring in the required frequencies for healing, soul alignment and activation...

The goal: wholeness and empowerment to walk your path in full authenticity and awareness.
