The Multidimensional Teams
The Seven
I am aware of seven Higher Self aspects that are the guardians and gate keepers of my energy and physical body. Each has its own sound signature. They announce themselves as: Ti-Na-ka, Maia-Ka, Ma-oo-wa-ka; Ti-ah-Ra-Ka, Li-ah-Na-Ka, Oo-ah-Ma-ka-Ta-Ra-oo, Da-Li-Na-Ka... These aspects hold space and assist, whenever I facilitate multidimensional sound-energy healing sessions for others. I keep crystal skulls assigned to each of their energies. I am continuously learning about each of these 'soul signatures' and their function in relation to the Laura Pocket embodiment. Here is a little about two of them:
Ti-Na-Ka is the first soul signature that came through, in October 2019. It was shortly before a group trip to the Bosnian pyramids (with Starlight Temple; 3 ceremonies a day for over a week, culminating in a transformational visit to the mysterious forest of spheres at Zavidovici)... Here I began to ground in the Ti-Na-Ka frequency, and embody the 'innocence codes' essential for my path. I feel this aspect to be holding a far reaching axis point with the core crystal of the Earth. I associate 'her' with the insectoid lineages and 'home' base, Antares. I see her as a kind of angelic Mantis with a ribbon on her head! She has a high voice and very bright frequency.

Maia-Ka seems to be the primary director of things from the Earth perspective. I perceive this aspect as residing in the inner Earth, in relation to the core crystal, and amidst the Lemurian Wisdom keepers. I feel her to be of feline-hybrid lineage, in deep connection with The Pleiades, and Lyra. I notice that other Galactic beings I encounter, will often address me as "Maia-Ka", as if from their perspective, this is my predominant identity; of which my human self is a counterpart. I feel her to be very close by, and to have been involved in this Earth project since beginning times; certainly an overseer for the flourishing of the New Earth timeline.
The Tribe of Twelve
In Spring 2025, I experienced a huge spontaneous activation, which is still integrating. New energies were downloaded into my field, like a software and hardware upgrade simultaneously; causing physical symptoms, and crazy dreams in its wake! A couple days later in meditation, a ceremony took place; whereby representatives of twelve distinct galactic groups gathered in a circle around me. Then, one by one, stepped forwards to introduce themselves, each transmitting a unique frequency. The assembly is here to co-create the New Earth timeline, in partnership with myself and the Lemurian Wisdom keepers. The collective features representatives from Andromeda, Orion, Lyra, Sirius, Pleiades, Arcturus, Alpha Centauri and Cassiopeia. I am in a continuous process of unravelling this information on a conscious level... but feel them to have contributed to the creation of the earth human and here to oversee the fulfilment of our evolutionary potential. The Twelve remain in a circle around me, like numbers on a clock. Position number 1 is Antares...

Lemurian Wisdom Keepers
Guardians of the inner Earth realm and keepers of the seed codes of Lemuria. These beings of ancient times are working in tandem with the Tribe of Twelve to bring in the New Earth, the coming Golden age on the surface of our beloved planet. We can access their wisdom and knowledge as templates for co-creation; pooling their culture and heart 'technologies' with the brand new ideas and visions, incoming from the many trail blazers active now, and the new generations rising up in love and unity...
